The family of a British photojournalist Tom Hurndall, shot in the head by Israeli troops in April, is still awaiting payment for his treatment and repatriation costs after a check bounced.
A check from the Israeli regime for Pnds 8,370 was not paid by the London branch of Bank of Israel due to insufficient funds in the account, according to the family of Tom Hurndall, quoted in the Guardian newspaper Friday.
The British photojournalist has effectively been left brain-dead and is not expected to recover from his deep coma after being brought back to the UK.
